Love to Hate Oscars Fashion

So you must've watched the 84th Annual Oscars! If you haven't, you missed out on some bizarre fashion and some gorgeous looks.  Here are several I especially liked/disliked.  Enjoy! :)

Gwyneth Paltrow, in Tom Ford: love the whole look with the matching color cape!

Brad Pitt with Angelina Jolie, in Atelier Versace with Salvatore Ferragamo shoes
love the dress and her! She always looks good.

Michelle Williams, in Louis Vuitton with Forevermark jewels and a Bottega Veneta clutch.
She is like the modern day Audrey Hepburn.  So poised, classy, and sophisticated.

Jessica Chastain, in Alexander McQueen with Harry Winston jewels.
Love the train and the flow of patterns down the dress.  The silhouette overall is so my style.

Rooney Mara, in Givenchy Haute Couture.
White was definitely the color this year for many of them to wear.  She pulls this off well.

Emma Stone, in Giambattista Valli Haute Couture with a Louis Vuitton clutch and jewels.
Not a huge fan of this dress because we've all seen it before.  Love Emma Stone though.

Kristen Wiig, in J. Mendel with Neil Lane jewels.
This is a very "safe" dress.  She looks sort of like a plain Jane. It is pretty though and she looks very casual.

Natalie Portman, in vintage Dior with Harry Winston jewels.
Now, I love Natalie Portman...but this dress is just awful! There's nothing exciting about it and the fact that it has polka dots...disaster is all I have to say.

George Clooney, in Giorgio Armani, with Stacy Keibler, in Marchesa.
Love Love Love this dress! The way it falls of her shoulder and the draping is just gorgeous.  Love the gold color as well!

Penélope Cruz, in custom Giorgio Armani.
Definitely not one of my favorites.  Takes me back to high school and prom.

Bérénice Bejo, in Elie Saab Couture with Chopard jewels and a Swarovski clutch, and Michel Hazanavicius.
I am falling more in love with Elie Saab everyday.   This dress is gorgeous and I love the cool minty color!

Glenn Close, in Zac Posen with Bulgari jewels.
Even though she is aging, she still can rock glamorous gowns! The blazer over this dress is so fashion forward and the overall fit of the gown is very flattering for her body.

Alexandra Edenborough and Gary Oldman, in Paul Smith Bespoke, with a Piaget timepiece.
The detail on this dress is exquisite and the neckline I love.

Shailene Woodley, in Valentino Haute Couture with Harry Winston jewels.
She couldn't have chosen a more mature style dress.  She is 22 and she is dressing like she is 50.  It is covering too much of her when she is young and has a lot to show.  Guess this is her style though.

Cameron Diaz, in Gucci Premiere.
This dress is gorgeous on her! She looks good in anything.

Milla Jovovich, in Elie Saab with an Edie Parker clutch.
Another Elie Saab that I love.  So elegant and just overall gorgeous!

Melissa McCarthy, in Marina Rinaldi with Chopard jewels and a Brian Atwood clutch.
I'm sorry, but this is just not something I would wear ever.  It doesn't make her overall figure look very flattering. I would give this a negative points in my book.

Rose Byrne, in Vivienne Westwood with Chanel jewels and Jimmy Choo shoes.
Black and shimmer is always a good idea. Love this look!

Jennifer Lopez, in Zuhair Murad with a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.
Does she ever age? She looks stunning in this dress! I love the low v neck line and the way
the dress falls and the cut out sleeves.  Plus it is long sleeve! Obsessed!

Li Bingbing, in Georges Chakra Couture with Cindy Chao jewels and a Lana Marks clutch.
Obsessed with this dress! The details on the dress, the train, strapless.  love!

Leslie Mann, in Roberto Cavalli.
What is there not to like about this dress?

Kate Bosworth, in Prabal Gurung.
Oh My...I love the sheer parts on the dress as well as the detail and the length.

Mia Wasikowska, in Antonio Berardi.
So fab! Love everything about it.

Rosario Dawson, in Salvatore Ferragamo.
Not so fond of the colors or the style.  Love the slit though on the dress.  Everything else I can do without.
